COVID Update (September 2021):

Life at Crest View Manor, Inc is returning to normal.  We are thrilled that residents have returned to the dining room, activities are resuming, and loved ones are visiting!  All staff and the majority of our residents are now completely vaccinated against COVID-19.  We are beyond excited for this blessing.  Crest View Manor, Inc is proud to report that NO RESIDENTS contracted COVID-19.  We are monitoring the Delta Variant closely and working with our Medical Advisors to make sure we are making the best choices for our Crest View Manor family. 

 

A quick reminder that Masks are still mandatory for all CVM visitors regardless of Vaccination status.  Also, please continue to let us know when you plan to visit.

Current Residents

Crest View Manor, Inc continues to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by our governing bodies.  Our residents' health and safety is always our #1 priority.  We took advanced precautions, closing our facility to non-essential visitors before the state mandate.  The majority of Staff and Residents are vaccinated against COVID-19.  We are working to return to normal with activities returning and residents enjoying the dining room.  We still prefer to an appointment for visitors, please contact Tyson or Louise at (760) 745-0160 to schedule a time to visit your loved one.

We ARE thrilled to welcome new residents.  Please contact Tyson at (760) 745-0160 or via email at Tyson@crestviewmanorinc.com.  As always a Physicians report is required for move-in and now we also require a negative COVID-19 test.
