About
Crest View Manor, Inc, an Assisted Living Facility in Escondido, CA, was founded by Pauline McFeron over 60 years ago. Pauline is Tyson Cook's Paternal Great Grandmother. Pauline purchased the home from the Scripps family and made it into a retirement home for single, elderly women. Crest View Manor has added two buildings to our Assisted Living Facility since the original purchase but we still provide the same individualized care in a loving family environment Pauline established so many years ago.

Tyson grew up at Crest View Manor and continues to treat it like his home. The family business is in his blood and he is proud to continue the family tradition. When away from Crest View he enjoys time with his wife, daughter, & dogs. Tyson is a proud San Pasqual High School and Arizona State University Alumni.
Audra Bristol, LVN
Administrator/LVN

Audra is multi-faceted with her background in Administration and Nursing. She provides valuable oversight in the both the day to day operations and resident care arena. Her door is always open if you have questions or just want to chat. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Louise Verdugo, RN
Healthcare Advisor
Louise was our RN for 22 years. She continues to advise the staff and assist with education. You may see her at Crest View Manor visiting her parents who live in the main house.
