We are located just off Interstate 15 near
the 9th Avenue off-ramp. Please note: due to a median
in the road, east-bound traffic on 9th Avenue may not turn
left. Although it is a longer route, the
suggested directions below are the safest way to find
Crest View Manor.
From the south:
Travel northbound on Interstate
15.
Exit at Centre City
Parkway.
Continue straight on Centre City Parkway.
Turn left on 9th Avenue.
Turn right on Vine Street.
From the north:
Travel southbound on Interstate 15
Exit at Valley Parkway.
Turn left on Valley Parkway
Turn right on Centre City Parkway.
Turn right on 9th Avenue.
Turn right on Vine Street.
